  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds toasted

  • Step 1
    Prepare pudding according to package directions, adding sugar an instant coffee powder to dry mix. stir in chopped almonds. spoon evenly into 8 small paper cups. set in freezer an freeze at least one hour take out let sit 10 minutes and serve
