I saw this recipe on Facebook, and since I like easy recipes that can be taken to potlucks etc this seems like a winner! Plus whats not to like about eating cheesecake for lunch and being able to say "Yeah, I had a salad for lunch"!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s)
    mini marshmallows
  • 16 oz
    vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip
  • 1 box
    no bake cheese cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    strawberries, fresh sliced ( i don't usually measure this, go with how many you like, a little or a lot!)
  • 3-4
    bananas, sliced

How to Make Cheesecake Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together the marshmallows, yogurt, cool whip, and cheesecake mix.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas, and chill.
  3. Serve the same day as the bananas will turn brown after awhile. Also you can use other fruits, I like raspberries and blueberries too.
