THIS IS USUALLY MY SUMMER SALAD. THO THIS IS WINTER,I WANTED SOMETHING FRUITY WITH YOGURT,PUDDING AND COOL WHIP.

Ingredients

  • 1 package french vanilla instant puddin, sugar-free [small]
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, 2%
  • 1 ounce 6 oz, pineapple greek yogurt [100 calorie]
  • 2 cups container lite cool-whip, thawed
  • 20 ounces can pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 15 ounces can mandarin oranges, well drained
  • 2 - bananas, sliced
  • - maraschino cherries, optional

How To Make carole's fruit salad

  • Step 1
    COMBINE PUDDING MIX WITH MILK; BEAT FOR APROX. 2 MINUTES UNTIL THICKENED.
  • Step 2
    ADD YOGURT AND ONLY BEAT IN FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS.
  • Step 3
    FOLD IN COOL WHIP, UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED.
  • Step 4
    GENTLY FOLD IN THE PINEAPPLE, ORANGES AND BANANAS.
  • Step 5
    CHILL WELL UNTIL SERVING TME.
  • Step 6
    SPOON INTO DESSERT DISHES... MAY TOP WITH A DOLLOP OF COOL WHIP...TOP WITH A MARASCHINO CHERRY [OPTIONAL]
