Summertime Mixed Fruit Cobbler

I added a little orange zest to the batter and tossed some cubed cream cheese in with the fruit.
It was an amazing dessert!

4 cfresh fruit (i used blueberries, strawberries and peaches)
1 1/2 cself-rising flour
1/2 cbrown sugar
1 tsporange zest, (optional)
1 1/2 cmilk
1 tspvanilla extract
3 ozcream cheese, cubed (optional)
How to Make Summertime Mixed Fruit Cobbler
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan as oven preheats being careful to not burn your butter. Once melted remove pan from oven.
- Clean and cut up fruit, sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and gently toss; set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and orange zest. Add milk and vanilla; whisk until combined and no lumps.
