Ingredients

1 - roll ritz crackers crushed
1 stick butter melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces can lemon concentrate
8 ounces tub cool whip
1 teaspoon yellow food coloring

How To Make ritz cracker lemon pie

Step 1

Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together and press into bottom of round pie pan. Set in freezer while preparing filling.

Step 2

Mix lemon concentrate with sweetened concentrated milk. Fold in whip cream and food coloring. Pour over crust and refrigerate or freeze until firm
