Having to watch the sugar intake in our house, my children love this recipe!! Creamy goodness with no added sugar! It tastes great! It is also a recipe that is easy to make with the children.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1 cup cool whip sugar free
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 package graham cracker pie crust

How To Make no bake peanut butter cheesecake!

  • Step 1
    Let the cream cheese get to room temperature so it is soft.
  • Step 2
    Microwave peanut butter in microwave safe bowl until soft. About 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
    Place the cream cheese, crunchy peanut butter and vanilla in bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  • Step 4
    Fold in cool whip
  • Step 5
    Place mixture in pie crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
