How to Make Never Fail Pie Crust

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar.
  2. Pour water into flour mixture all at once. Blend with spoon just until flour is moistened.
  3. Crust can be handled easy and can be re-rolled without toughening. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
