Two Double Crusts
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
How To Make never fail pie crust

Step 1Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar.

Step 2Pour water into flour mixture all at once. Blend with spoon just until flour is moistened.

Step 3Crust can be handled easy and can be re-rolled without toughening. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
