How to Make Mom's Sour Cream Raisin Pie (a.k.a. Dad's fave!!)
- Simmer raisins in just enough water to keep them from sticking to pan. When they are tender, drain them.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.
