How to Make Mom's Sour Cream Raisin Pie (a.k.a. Dad's fave!!)

Step-by-Step

  1. Simmer raisins in just enough water to keep them from sticking to pan. When they are tender, drain them.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.
