I have made this pie a few times. It is a recipe from a low fat cook book. It is really yummy for being low fat. If you are watching your weight. This is a n easy dessert to make. It is very satisfying. My family enjoys this even when not dieting.

- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 package sugar free vanilla instant pudding
- 1 - ready made graham crust reduced fat
- 1 - any flavor light pie filling
- 1/4 cup skim milk
How To Make low fat 5 minute cream cheese pie

Step 1In a food processor or blender. Blend the cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Pour into bowl. Mix in pudding . mix well.

Step 2Pour into crust. Smooth cheese mixture.

Step 3Top the pie with fruit filling. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or more before serving.
