granny cobb's fudge pie
This was my Granny Cobb's recipe and it is so easy and delicious!!! She was the best cook and I make this every holiday to keep her spirit alive!

Ingredients
- - 1 cup sugar
- - 1/4 cup plain flour
- - 1/4 cup coco
- - 1 stick melted margarine
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - 2 eggs
How To Make granny cobb's fudge pie

Step 1mix dry ingredients first then add butter, vanilla & eggs. Stir until lumps are gone. (It is important for the butter to be melted, but not too hot)

Step 2Pour into a Pillsbury pie crust that you roll out into a pan. (They are better than the frozen pie crusts)

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (until to firms up) If it jiggles in the middle, it is not done!!! *This makes one pie!
