How to Make fluffy cheesecake
- disolve gelatin in boiling water, chill until slightly thickened.
- cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. add gelatin, blend well. in a large mixing bowl beat milnut until stiff. fold in cream cheese mixture. set aside.
- mix gram cracker crumbs and butter, press 2/3 of crumbs firmly into bottom of 9 by 13 cake pan.
- add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. refridgerate several hours or overnight
