Ingredients
- 3 ounces lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces evaporated milk (milnut) cold
- 3 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make fluffy cheesecake

Step 1disolve gelatin in boiling water, chill until slightly thickened.

Step 2cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. add gelatin, blend well. in a large mixing bowl beat milnut until stiff. fold in cream cheese mixture. set aside.

Step 3mix gram cracker crumbs and butter, press 2/3 of crumbs firmly into bottom of 9 by 13 cake pan.

Step 4add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. refridgerate several hours or overnight
