Ingredients

  • 3 ounces lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk (milnut) cold
  • 3 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

How To Make fluffy cheesecake

  • Step 1
    disolve gelatin in boiling water, chill until slightly thickened.
  • Step 2
    cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. add gelatin, blend well. in a large mixing bowl beat milnut until stiff. fold in cream cheese mixture. set aside.
  • Step 3
    mix gram cracker crumbs and butter, press 2/3 of crumbs firmly into bottom of 9 by 13 cake pan.
  • Step 4
    add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. refridgerate several hours or overnight
