Crock pot cooking! Who doesn't love it? This is an easy delicious dessert. It is full of the flavors of Apples and cinnamon. I tweaked a recipe I had and made it awesome. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

good size unpeeled apples cored and cut in to 8th's
4 Tbsp
butter cubed
2 tsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
3/4 c
dark brown sugar
1/2 c
raisins optional
1 tsp
vanilla
2 Tbsp
bisquick

STREUSEL TOPPING

1/2 c
oatmeal
1 c
bisquick
1/3 c
dark brown sugar
4 Tbsp
cold cubed butter
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 c
walnut's or pecans chopped optional

Step-By-Step

1NOTE; COOK ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR,OR COOK ON LOW FOR 2 HOURS. WHEN APPLES ARE TENDER SHUT POT OFF AND UNCOVER. i ALSO BROWNED THE TOP FOR 3 MINUTES UNDER THE BROILER IN OVEN.
2Spray inside of crock pot with cooking oil spray. Chop apples and toss with lemon juice. Set aside.
3Mix all ingredients together for bottom of dessert. Toss with the apples, and place in bottom of crock pot.
4Make Streusel- mix all ingredients together except oatmeal. And nuts. Place in food processor and pulse until butter mixture looks like peas. Remove and toss with oats. And nuts.
5Sprinkle over top of apples in crock pot. Cover and cook about 1- 2 hours or until apples are tender. Uncover and let sit 30 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream for alamode.
