Ingredients

  • 1 - refrigerated pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
  • 4 - eggs, divded
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1-1/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make creamy pecan pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Place pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg until creamy.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla. Beat in corn syrup. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle w/ pecans. Slowly pour corn syrup mix over pecans. Bake aabout 45 mins, or until center is set. Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
