    refrigerated pie crust
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar, divided
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla, divided
  • 4
    eggs, divded
  • 1 c
    corn syrup
  • 1-1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Creamy pecan pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Place pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg until creamy.
  2. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla. Beat in corn syrup. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle w/ pecans. Slowly pour corn syrup mix over pecans. Bake aabout 45 mins, or until center is set. Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
