How to Make Creamy pecan pie
1Heat oven to 375. Place pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg until creamy.
2In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla. Beat in corn syrup. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust.
3Sprinkle w/ pecans. Slowly pour corn syrup mix over pecans. Bake aabout 45 mins, or until center is set. Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
