Ingredients
- 1 - refrigerated pie crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 4 - eggs, divded
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1-1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make creamy pecan pie

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Place pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 egg until creamy.

Step 2In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla. Beat in corn syrup. Spread cream cheese mix into pie crust.

Step 3Sprinkle w/ pecans. Slowly pour corn syrup mix over pecans. Bake aabout 45 mins, or until center is set. Refrigerate for 4 hrs.
