We were looking for something different to serve this Easter. I made this pie and we couldn't stop eating it. It tastes like a macaroon cookie.

Ingredients
- 9" - unbaked pie shell
- 1/4 c. - chopped pecans
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. - water
- 1 1/2 c. - sugar
- 1/4 c. - flour
- 1/4 tsp. - salt
- 1 1/3 c. - flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. - butter, melted
How To Make coconut macaroon pie

Step 1Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pie shell.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients; pour into pie shell.

Step 3Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees until golden brown, and almost set, approximately 45 minutes.
