chocolate cobbler
A cousin of mine gave me this chocolate cobbler recipe and honestly it is the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
How To Make chocolate cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter in an 8x8 baking dish while the oven preheats. Stir together the flour, 3/4 C. sugar, 1 1/2 T. cocoa.

Step 3Stir in milk and vanilla till smooth. Spoon this mixture over the melted butter. Stir together the remaining cup of sugar and 1/4 C. cocoa powder.

Step 4Sprinkle over the batter mixture. Slowly pour the boiling water over the top of the mixture.

Step 5Bake for 30 minutes.
