Ingredients
- 1 medium graham cracker pie crust
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup cool whip
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 4 packages apple cider drink mix, in powder form.
- 1 teaspoon each cinnamon/nutmeg
- 1 small granola bar to crush and sprinkle on top.
How To Make apple cider cheesecake

Step 1In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add all but the apples. Mix well.

Step 2In the pie shell, spread 1/2 a can of apple pie filling in each. This recipe makes two smaller pies easy.

Step 3Pour onto the apples and chill for 1-1.5 hours. I sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg on the top. You can also sprinkle a crushed granola bar on top.
