Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
1 c
sugar
1 can(s)
cream style corn
2 c
flour
1/2 c
cornmeal
3 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
pecans, chopped

How to Make SWEET CORN PECAN BREAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
    Generously grease bottom and sides of loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • 2In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and corn until well mixed
  • 3Stir in flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt, just until blended.
    Stir in pecans.
  • 4Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour to 60-75 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 45 minutes), before slicing.
