Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make sweet corn pecan bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease bottom and sides of loaf pan with cooking spray.

Step 2In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in eggs and corn until well mixed

Step 3Stir in flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt, just until blended. Stir in pecans.

Step 4Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour to 60-75 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 30 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 45 minutes), before slicing.
