Pumpkin did someone say pumpkin. I love anything pumpkin and this is a great treat for fall.

Ingredients

3 c
sugar
1 c
evaporated milk
3 Tbsp
light corn syrup
3/4 c
pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
butter
1/2 c
chopped nuts optional i love to use chopped pistachio

How to Make Pumpkin Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease and 8 x 8 pan and set aside.
  • 2Combine sugar, milk, corn syrup, pumpkin, and salt in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly and reduce heat to a simmer and heat until 232 degrees on a candy thermometer do not stir. Remove from heat.
  • 3Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit until cooled to lukewarm 110 degrees.
  • 4Beat mixture until it is very thick and lost some of its gloss. Pour into prepared pan and let harden. Cut into squares
