Pumpkin did someone say pumpkin. I love anything pumpkin and this is a great treat for fall.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional i love to use chopped pistachio
How To Make pumpkin fudge

Step 1Grease and 8 x 8 pan and set aside.

Step 2Combine sugar, milk, corn syrup, pumpkin, and salt in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly and reduce heat to a simmer and heat until 232 degrees on a candy thermometer do not stir. Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit until cooled to lukewarm 110 degrees.

Step 4Beat mixture until it is very thick and lost some of its gloss. Pour into prepared pan and let harden. Cut into squares
