Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) room temp cream cheese
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (any brand)
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar (32 oz) approx 7 cups
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional, but makes a huge difference)
  • 2 boxes (smallest boxes) instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 - (16 oz) tub cool whip
  • 1 bag peanut butter cups (crushed) (10-12 oz bag)
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar

How To Make peanut butter cream cheese delight

  • Step 1
    Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press down in 9x13 baking dish or pan and cover bottom completely. Mix first 4 ingredients together and spread over graham cracker crust.
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl mix pudding and milk for 5 minutes, spread over peanut butter mixture. Next spread tub of cool whip over pudding and sprinkle crushed peanut butter cups on top and freeze for an hour before serving. I like to keep mine in the freezer until 30 mins before serving and then set out to thaw a little. Enjoy :)
