1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup butter (10-11 tablespoons), softened
3 oz ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 bag peanut butter morsels (reg. size bag

How To Make peanut butter brownies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add egg; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter morsels. Pour into a foil-lined 9" square pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. This makes 16 2 1/4" brownies.
