peanut butter brownie bars
I found a cookie recipe on Betty Crocker than changed it to be brownie bars. I made them instead of a cake for my daughter's birthday per her request and we loved them!

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 9 ounces reese's peanut butter cups
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup peanuts, salted and without skins
How To Make peanut butter brownie bars

Step 1Make brownies according to package in a 9x13" pan Cool

Step 2Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Cut Reese's peanut cups in small pieces and mix with cream cheese mixture. Add on top of cooled brownies.

Step 3Stir peanut butter and milk and microwave 30 seconds to thin if needed. Stir 2 tablespoons of sugar to peanut butter mixture and drizzle on cream cheese layer.

Step 4Drizzle with melted bittersweet chocolate over peanut butter layer. Chop nuts and add on the top.

Step 5Refrigerated overnight. This is a good make ahead dessert so the flavors get even better!
