I must admit this is the first recipe I have made using TRUVIA, but I loved the results I got with this recipe.
Truvia is a Baking Blend, & a natural sweetner with sugar but has 75% less calories per serving than sugar.
The package states that 1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend (190 calories) sweetens like 1 cup sugar (760 calories)
It is NOT A SUGAR FREE PRODUCT, but sweetens like sugar with less calories. I loved the consistency of the cranberry Sauce.

- fresh or frozen whole cranberries(picked through for bad ones)
- 1/2 c
- truvia (low sugar) baking blend
- 1 tsp
- orange extract
- 1 tsp
- butter extract

- 1PLEASE NOTE THAT THE YEILD AMOUNT IS NOT AS MUCH AS YOU WOULD GET IF YOU WERE USING REGULAR SUGAR. So plan accordingly if you want to serve a lot of people this lower calorie version.
