These are ooey, gooey and delicious. This is my friend Jean's grandmother's recipe. They are so easy to make with ingredients that are usually on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

How To Make marshmallow blondies

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 400. grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan.
  • Step 2
    mix together sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt until blended.
  • Step 3
    add melted butter. stir in flour and baking powder and mix til well blended.
  • Step 4
    fold in marshmallows and nuts. pour into greased pan and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Take out before marshmallows turn brown.
  • Step 5
    if you want to make chocolate brownies instead of blondies add 2 tbls of unsweetened cocoa when you add the butter and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips when you fold in the nuts and marshmallows.
