marshmallow blondies
These are ooey, gooey and delicious. This is my friend Jean's grandmother's recipe. They are so easy to make with ingredients that are usually on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
How To Make marshmallow blondies

Step 1preheat oven to 400. grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan.

Step 2mix together sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt until blended.

Step 3add melted butter. stir in flour and baking powder and mix til well blended.

Step 4fold in marshmallows and nuts. pour into greased pan and bake for approx. 10 minutes. Take out before marshmallows turn brown.

Step 5if you want to make chocolate brownies instead of blondies add 2 tbls of unsweetened cocoa when you add the butter and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips when you fold in the nuts and marshmallows.
