  • 1/2 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1 c
    sugar

How to Make EGGS HALWA (ANDE KA SWEET)

Step-by-Step

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them separately
  2. Mix the yolks and egg whites
  3. Add Sugar and Stir
  4. Continue to stir while adding Ghee (Clarified Butter) to the paste
  5. Lower the heat and keep stirring till Ghee (Clarified Butter) starts coming up on layer
  6. Lastly, place your dish on a plate and sprinkle some nuts on top
