How to Make EGGS HALWA (ANDE KA SWEET)
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them separately
- Mix the yolks and egg whites
- Add Sugar and Stir
- Continue to stir while adding Ghee (Clarified Butter) to the paste
- Lower the heat and keep stirring till Ghee (Clarified Butter) starts coming up on layer
