    coconut, flakd
  • 1 c
    almonds, choppd
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    lite brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    coconut oil...meltd
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    cranberries, dried

How to Make EASY COCONUT-CRANBERRY GRANOLA

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN 350. IN A BOWL COMBINE OATS, FLAKD COCONUT & CHOPPD ALMONDS.
  2. IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL MIX HONEY, BROWN SUGAR, COCONUT OIL, VANILLA, SALT & CINNAMON THEN NUKE FOR 30 SECONDS N STIR.
  3. STIR NUKED MIXTURE INTO OAT MIXTURE N LINE A BAKN SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
  4. POUR N SPREAD MIXTURE ONTO BAKN SHEET....BAKE FOR 25-30 MINUTES ...STIR MIXTURE TWICE DURN BAKN TIME UNTIL GRANOLA LOOKS BROWN N TOASTD ;)
  5. LET COOL THEN PLACE IN BOWL N GENTLY STIR IN DRIED CRANBERRIES ....ENJOY AS A SNACK, OR TOP ON YOGURT, ICE CREAM OR OATMEAL......... JUST ENJOY ;)
