    well-chilled heavy cream

    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cognac

How to Make COGNAC WHIPPED CREAM

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl with an electric mixer beat the cream until it just forms soft peaks and add sugar, beating. Beat in the cognac and beat the mixture until it forms stiff peaks. Makes 2 cups.
