Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz non-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 small prepared graham cracker crust
- 2 cups raspberries
How To Make cheesecake - a healthy version

Step 1Blend first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.

Step 2Add sour cream and egg whites and beat until well blended.

Step 3Pour into prepared crust

Step 4Bake 325 for 40 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours to set and chill.

Step 5While baking and chilling, wash raspberries and dry on a paper towel. Pour berries over cheese cake just before serving.
