2 pkg8 oz non-fat cream cheese
1 Tbspall purpose flour
1/2 tspgrated lemon peel
1/2 cnonfat sour cream
1 smallprepared graham cracker crust
How to Make Cheesecake - A Healthy Version
- Blend first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.
- Add sour cream and egg whites and beat until well blended.
- Pour into prepared crust
- Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours to set and chill.
- While baking and chilling, wash raspberries and dry on a paper towel.
Pour berries over cheese cake just before serving.
