Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 oz non-fat cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 3 - egg whites
  • 1 small prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups raspberries

How To Make cheesecake - a healthy version

  • Step 1
    Blend first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.
  • Step 2
    Add sour cream and egg whites and beat until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Pour into prepared crust
  • Step 4
    Bake 325 for 40 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours to set and chill.
  • Step 5
    While baking and chilling, wash raspberries and dry on a paper towel. Pour berries over cheese cake just before serving.
