grated lemon peel
prepared graham cracker crust
How to Make Cheesecake - A Healthy Version
1Blend first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer.
2Add sour cream and egg whites and beat until well blended.
3Pour into prepared crust
4Bake 325 for 40 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours to set and chill.
5While baking and chilling, wash raspberries and dry on a paper towel.
Pour berries over cheese cake just before serving.
