almost no bake pumpkin dessert
I was in charge of bringing dessert to a 'girl's night in' last night and was hungry for pumpkin however did not want to go to the store again. I came up with this. It is very rich,but really good.

Ingredients
- - crust of choice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz cans pumpkin
- 1 box (sm) vanilla or butterscotch pudding
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and ginger
- 1 tablespoon molasses or brown sugar
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make almost no bake pumpkin dessert

Step 1Make or purchase a crust of your choice. This could be graham cracker, pie crust, or I used sugar cookie dough. This can be made in a spring form pan or a pie pan. Make as instructed with recipe.

Step 2Filling: Beat sweetened condensed milk until fluffy. add pudding and spices and mix. Fold in pumpkin and 1/2 the cool whip. Put filling in crust. Top with the remainder of the cool whip.

Step 3Refrigerate or freeze for a couple hours before serving.
