Almost No Bake Pumpkin Dessert

1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
16 oz can(s)pumpkin
1 box(sm) vanilla or butterscotch pudding
1/4 tspnutmeg and ginger
1 Tbspmolasses or brown sugar
8 ozcool whip
How to Make Almost No Bake Pumpkin Dessert
- Make or purchase a crust of your choice. This could be graham cracker, pie crust, or I used sugar cookie dough. This can be made in a spring form pan or a pie pan. Make as instructed with recipe.
Beat sweetened condensed milk until fluffy. add pudding and spices and mix. Fold in pumpkin and 1/2 the cool whip. Put filling in crust. Top with the remainder of the cool whip.
- Refrigerate or freeze for a couple hours before serving.
