Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed fruit, like all kinds of berries and bananas, sliced
- 2 cups low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 - small paper cups, like from dixie
- 8 - popsicle sticks
- - foil
How To Make summers fruit & yogurt pops

Step 1Place the fruit, yogurt and sugar into a blender. Cover, blend until smooth. Fill paper cups, 3/4" full. Cover w/ a strip of foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of foil.

Step 2Place pops in freezer for 5 hrs to set. Remove foil , peel off paper cups. Enjoy!
