2 cstrawberries, chopped
1/3 cagave nectar
1 1/2 cwhole buttermilk
3 Tbspchambord raspberry liquor
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice (optional)
How to Make Strawberry-Buttermilk Sherbet (sorbet/sherbert)
- Combine berries and agave nectar in a blender; process until smooth (about 1 minute). Add buttermilk, process until well blended.
- Add liqueur; pulse to mix. Add juice, if desired. Chill mixture 1 hour.
- Pour into freezer can of ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
