Ingredients
- 2-3 - frozen bananas,as ripe as possible
- 2-3 dashes of peppermint extract
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup or more frozen spinach,drained
- - if you dont like spinach you can sub for food green food coloring or omit completely.
- 2 tablespoons milk of your choice
- - chocolate chips or cacao nibs
How To Make spinach ice cream

Step 1Blend everything together in a vita-mix or a blender.Just add more liquid but wont be the same as homemade ice cream.You can use an ice cream scoop for a authentic looking ice cream.
