STRAWBERRY-BERRY THYME POPSICLES Easy fruit pop recipe. I added to these new ring pop molds, thought they would be adorable for little girl parties. Use in other popsicle molds with different fruits. Kids and adults will enjoy this refreshing healthy energy snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1/3 cup grape g2 (sugar free gatorade) any flavor
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (used blueberries)

How To Make princess fruit ring pops/strawberry thyme

  • Step 1
    In a blender process fresh strawberries, thyme, juices and honey til smooth but still chunky. Pour mixture into pop molds,(optional) Place few berries in each mold, place cap stick on. Place in freezer for 5-6 hours til firm. When set I usually dip bottom of molds with warm water for easy release.
  • Step 2
    Pop out, enjoy and have fun with Your favorite popsicle molds!
