- 1/2 quart good quality vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon light rum
- 1/4 cup walnuts or hazelnuts
How To Make ice cream dessert for st. patrick's day

Step 1Scoop avocado into food processor. Process until smooth.

Step 2Add the ice cream and rum to the puree, pulse 2-3 times until combined.

Step 3Pour ice cream to serving size cups and freeze for 1 hour.Serve with whipped cream and nuts on top.
