Good dessert to serve my family for St. Patrick's Day dinner and summer time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 quart good quality vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon light rum
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or hazelnuts

How To Make ice cream dessert for st. patrick's day

  • Step 1
    Scoop avocado into food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add the ice cream and rum to the puree, pulse 2-3 times until combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour ice cream to serving size cups and freeze for 1 hour.Serve with whipped cream and nuts on top.
