Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh berries
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh
  • 1 can mango juice(nectar)
  • TO CHANGE FLAVORS TO LEMON, JUST OMIT THE BERRIES AND JUICE AND ADD A 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE AND MINCE TWO FRESH LEMONS NO PEELS
  • AND RAISE THE TRUVIA TO 1/4 CUP OR 4 TABLESPOONS.
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water(filtered)
  • 2 tablespoons truvia

How To Make homemade italian ice, strawberry/berry/mago

  • Step 1
    in a food processor or blender, mix and chop your blueberries, and strawberries.
  • Step 2
    add water, and truvia
  • Step 3
    with large sieve and a piece of cheesecloth. strain the mix berries into a larger pitcher or bowl with spout.
  • Step 4
    pour juice back into blender or food processor, add mango juice and ice. mix well on high till ice has been chopped.you may need more ice. you want to have a slushy consistency.
  • Step 5
    pour into cube trays or molds. freeze completely. add popsicle sticks to molds to make pops, or cover with plastic wrap tightly and poke toothpicks in center to use as sticks. or simply pop molds and enjoy as ice cubes. place in a cup and use small wooden spoons or popsicle sticks as spoons. cubes will break up easily.
