1 Tbspvanilla extract

2 qtheavy whipping cream

1 qthalf and half
How to Make Frozen Custard
- Mix first five ingredients together and simmer over med heat till mixture coats your spoon. Add vanilla. Cool
- Add whipping cream and half & half to mixture and chill.
- Pour into ice cream into icecream freezer - the ice cream took about 20 minutes in my freezer but I am sure that the times will vary from freezer to freezer.
This yeilds approximately 1 gallon of ice cream.
