this is my version of a fruit flavored freeze pop recipe thats good to diabetics as well as non-diabetics

Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- - sugar substitute to equal two teaspoons sugar
How To Make diabetic friendly orange banana pops

Step 1Combine all ingredients, beating well at low speed of an electric mixer. pour evenly into six 5-ounce paper cups.

Step 2partially freeze; insert a wooden stick into center of each cup, and freeze until firm. when ready to serve, let pops stand at room temperature 5 minutes; peel cups away.
