I love ice cream, but am watching my calorie and fat intake. This frozen dessert is the perfect solution.

Ingredients

  • 4 - ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup pecans

How To Make butter pecan ice cream

  • Step 1
    Place bananas in food processor. Pulse on lowest setting until consistency of soft serve ice cream. May have to stir down once or twice. Stop processor and add other ingredients. Pulse until completely incorporated. Makes about a pint. Serve immediately or freeze for more scoopable ice cream.
