You may be surprised by the unique flavors incorporated into this rather sophisticated popsicle, but independently reduced balsamic vinegar and black pepper intensify the fruity flavor of the strawberries. So together, they knock it out of the park.

I recommend rotating out the second fruit to continually interest your palate.

heavy cream

  • 2Cook on medium heat until the fruit is soft, then puree with immersion blender.
  • 3Allow to reduce by 25%. Remove from heat.
  • 4Whisk in heavy cream.
  • 5Portion into popsicle molds.
  • 6Freeze overnight.
