- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup fig balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1Place all ingredients, save the heavy cream, in a sauce pan.

Step 3Allow to reduce by 25%. Remove from heat.
