An easy Italian dessert to finish off your dinner party. Sub gelato for ice cream if desired, or try other flavored liqueurs.

Ingredients

  • 4 - x 30ml shots hot espresso coffee
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur (frangelico)
  • 8 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
  • 4 - biscotti, to serve

How To Make affagato

  • Step 1
    Combine coffee and liqueur in a pitcher. Divide ice cream between 4 glasses (2 scoops each).
  • Step 2
    Divide coffee mixture between glasses. Serve with biscotti.
