1Cut apples into quarters dont peel them and dont remove the cores. In 4 quart sauce pan combine apples and water; heat to boil on high heat; reduce heat and simmer stirring evrr so often till tender 12 to 15 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and sugar.
2Press apple mixture through a sieve over lrg bowl; discard seeds and skins. Add cinnamon stir taste and add more sugar if needed cover and chill in refridgerator for 1 hour or until chilled serve.
