- 4 tablespoons cider
- 4 tablespoons brandy
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 cups cream
- 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make syllabub

Step 1Grate the peels of the fruits and squeeze the juice

Step 2Mix with cider,brandy,sugar and cinnamon. leave covered out overnight.
