Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pound ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/2 pound ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- - whipped cream for serving
How To Make sweet peaches shortcake

Step 1Bake biscuits as directed, let cool, split biscuits in 1/2. In lg skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar until bubbly.

Step 2Add peaches. Cook, stirring for 5 mins. In lg cup, whisk together cornstarch and orange juice. Stir into peach mix. Cook 2 mins or until thickened.

Step 3Place biscuits on plates. Spoon some peach mix onto each biscuit half, top w/ biscuit 1/2. Spoon more peach mix over biscuits, dollop w/ whipped cream.
