- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1In a mixer, whip together whipping cream, 1 T.sugar and the vanilla. Set aside. In a food processor blend together strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar. Once the strawberries have been blended, fold them into the whipped cream. Divide into 4 fancy glasses. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
