Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
How To Make refreshing lemon bites

Step 1Lightly spray a 8" square pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter until crumbly. Press crumb mix into bottom of pan. Refrigerate while mixing other ingredients.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk. Beat in lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir in whipped topping.

Step 3Pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hrs. Garnish w/ a sprinkling of lemon zest for a pretty presentation.
