I can't remember where my mom and I got this recipe but we have been using it for years! It is great to bring to office functions or for any party. Very refreshing and topical!!

How to Make Pina Colada Fruit Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients. Process for 30 seconds (if using a blender, stir after 15 seconds). Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
  2. Serve with fresh fruits. It taste really good with pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon and honeydew. For a fancy look serve dip in a pineapple boat and garnish with a slice of "star" fruite. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
