How to Make Pina Colada Fruit Dip
- 1In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients. Process for 30 seconds (if using a blender, stir after 15 seconds). Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
- 2Serve with fresh fruits. It taste really good with pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon and honeydew. For a fancy look serve dip in a pineapple boat and garnish with a slice of "star" fruite. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
