Pecan Topped Bisquick Peach Cobbler

Rose Mary Mogan

This recipe came about because I only had 1-29 oz. can of peaches and wanted to make a peach cobbler. I was out of self rising flour & decided to use Bisquick instead, and to add a little crunch and texture I decided to top it with pecan halves. Great idea, once toasted they were great and added a lot of flavor.

I didn't need a large pan like I usually make, just a little something sweet as mama use to say, and the 9X9 size pan did the trick.

There are many variations to this tasty dessert treat, this is my spin on it. Eat plain or topped with ice cream or whipped topping. Quick & easy.
