peachy, blueberry cobbler
I had just bought some ripe peaches and decided to make a cobbler. I added blueberries just cause I love them so much and it came out wonderfully!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 7 cups peeled, thick sliced peaches
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups flour
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut up
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl combine, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in peaches and blueberries and lemon juice. Spoon into pan, cook 15 mins. Remove from oven.

Step 2In bowl, whisk together flour, 6 tbsp sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms.

Step 3Combine in small bowl, 2 tbsp sugar and remaining cinnamon. Drop dough over fruit by tbsp. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon sugar mix. Bake 30 mins, or until top is browned.
