Peach Jam Bars
How to Make Peach Jam Bars
- preheat oven to 350. grease a 13x9 inch pan. mix dry ingredients into a large bowl. cut butter into dry ingredients until it resembles course crumbs.
- pat 2/3 of mixture into bottom of prepared pan. cover with room temperature jam.
- cover jam with remaining crumb mixture. bake for 40 minutes at 350.
- remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes but cut into bars while still warm.
