Ingredients
- 3 - egg whites
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soda crackers, finely crushed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whip to stiff peaks
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 can sliced peaches, large can, drained
How To Make peach delight

Step 1Beat egg whites stiff. Fold in sugar, baking powder, vanilla, pecans, crackers. Pour into a buttered 11x7-inch pan.

Step 2Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Cool.

Step 3Topping Add sugar to whipped cream. Fold in peaches. Put on top of cracker mixture and refrigerate overnight.
