Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
- 3/4 cup strawberry jam, or favorite jelly or jam.
How To Make pb and j bars

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 9" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and peanut butter until smooth.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mix to peanut butter mix and mix well. Stir in oats until combined.

Step 3Spread 1/2 of the mix evenly in pan. Spoon jam over mix. Crumble remaining oat mix over jam. Bake 30 mins. Cool, cut into bars.
